Ben Notes

Ben Notes is a 23-year-old folk-pop artist born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. Notes' music paints the vulnerable picture of what it is to be human, through honest lyricism and catchy melodies. His musical journey has taken him to Winnipeg Folk Festival, Festival du Voyageur, Winterruption and venues across Canada.  

Notes has a dynamic approach to his music, drawing inspiration from artists like Mk. gee, Gregory Alan Isakov, Frank Ocean, Norah Jones, Tyler Childers and Hazlett. While most of Ben Notes' songs have a foundation of acoustic guitar, they are lively and full of dynamic instrumentation, creating a consistent and colourful experience for the audience.
